Our Guarantee — Returns & Refunds
Every piece is made just for you the moment you order — that's how we keep the lineup fresh without a warehouse full of dead stock. It also means our policy works a little differently than a big-box golf shop.
What we'll always make right — free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if it never arrives, message us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date, for lost packages) with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. No 19th-hole negotiation required.
What we can't accept back. Because every hat and every piece of apparel is printed and embroidered to order, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, colorway choice, or change of mind. Most of our hats are adjustable — rope, trucker, dad, and bucket styles all have fit details listed on each product page — and apparel size charts are listed in inches for every size. Give them a look before you commit. Measure twice, order once.
How to reach us. Use our Contact page or email support@donpanchito.golf, and include your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days — faster if we're not on the course.
Shipping
Free shipping, always — every order ships free within the US and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦.
Because each piece is made to order, production takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days in the US (Canada can take a few days longer). Most orders arrive about 7–10 days after you order — plenty of time to clear your calendar for the weekend.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If tracking shows no movement or your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us — we'll replace it free.
We currently ship to the US and Canada only.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the store: your name, email, shipping address, and order details when you buy or join our email list. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your card number.
We use your information to fulfill orders, send tracking updates, provide support, and — only if you've signed up — send occasional emails about new drops. Every marketing email has a one-tap unsubscribe. No spam, no gimmicks, just golf.
We share order details only with the partners who make the store work: our print-and-fulfillment partner (to make and ship your gear), Shopify (our store platform), and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal information.
Like most stores, we use cookies and similar tools for the cart, site analytics, and measuring our ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@donpanchito.golf and we'll take care of it.
Terms of Service
By ordering from Don Panchito Golf, you agree to a few common-sense terms:
Orders. All items are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) — if we cancel, you're refunded in full. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout.
Accuracy. We work hard to show colorways, embroidery, and details accurately, but screens vary — small differences between the photo and the delivered product aren't defects. Blank garments and hat bodies may occasionally be substituted with an equivalent brand of equal or better quality.
Your address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll reach out — reshipment may require a new shipping label at your cost.
Our designs. All artwork, designs, and branding on this site belong to Don Panchito Golf and can't be reproduced or resold without permission.
