Shipping Policy

At Smiley Golf Inc., we’re committed to getting your golf gear to you quickly and reliably so you can get back out on the course. This policy applies to orders placed on smileygolf.co.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include processing time.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries (Canada, UK, Australia, EU, and others). International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International.

- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Delivery typically takes **7–21 business days**, depending on destination and customs processing.
- *Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Track your package directly from the link in the email or via your Shopify account.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims are typically filed after **7–10 business days** for domestic shipments.
- In the event of loss or damage covered by the carrier, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
Delivery times may be longer during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us **as soon as possible**. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
